Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or book a car on VVAHID.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current information, including contact details and identity documents.

2. Booking eligibility

Before confirming a booking, VVAHID requires you to accept these terms, verify your phone number, complete your profile, and upload a valid CNIC and driving license for review. Bookings cannot be confirmed until these requirements are met and your documents are approved.

3. Bookings and payment

• Booking prices, service fees, and totals are shown before you confirm a trip.
• Payment is collected securely through JazzCash after you confirm a booking.
• A booking is only guaranteed once payment is confirmed and the host accepts the trip request.
• VVAHID may cancel or decline a booking if eligibility requirements are not met or fraud is suspected.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation eligibility and refund amounts depend on how far in advance you cancel, host-specific rules, and the payment status of the booking. Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original JazzCash payment method.

5. Listing a vehicle (hosts)

• Hosts must provide accurate vehicle information, ownership or authorization details, and current photos.
• Hosts are responsible for keeping listed vehicles safe, roadworthy, and available for accepted bookings.
• VVAHID may review, verify, or remove listings that do not meet marketplace or safety standards.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Providing false identity, vehicle, or payment information.
• Using the platform for unlawful purposes or to circumvent bookings and payments.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Interfering with the operation or security of the VVAHID website or app.

7. Liability

VVAHID facilitates connections between renters and hosts but is not a party to the rental agreement between them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VVAHID is not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from vehicle condition, driver conduct, or use of a rented vehicle. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Account suspension and termination

VVAHID may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false verification information, or pose a safety or fraud risk. You may request deletion of your account at any time, subject to records we are required to retain by law.

9. Disputes

Booking, payment, or vehicle disputes should first be reported to VVAHID support with relevant booking details. We will review available evidence and communicate an outcome to both parties.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes not resolved through support will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions as VVAHID's services evolve. Continued use of VVAHID after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
