VVAHID (“VVAHID”, “we”, “us”) operates an online marketplace that connects people who want to rent a vehicle (“renters”) with people who list their vehicle for rent (“hosts”). VVAHID is not a vehicle-rental company: the rental contract for any trip is between the renter and the host.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and VVAHID. By creating an account or making a booking you accept them.

You must be at least 18, hold a valid CNIC and, to drive, a current Pakistani driving licence. You must complete identity verification before booking or hosting.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. One person, one account. We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, for a failed or reversed verification, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

A booking is confirmed when the host accepts the request and payment is authorised. At that point the renter and host enter a rental contract on the terms shown at checkout — dates, daily rate, deposit, mileage, fuel policy and any delivery arrangement.

Both parties must complete the in-app handover: a photo record of the vehicle’s condition, fuel level and odometer at collection and at return. This record is the primary evidence for any later dispute.

The host warrants that the vehicle is legally registered, roadworthy, insured for private use, and accurately described. The host must disclose known faults, hand the vehicle over clean and with the fuel level stated, and be contactable for the duration of the trip.

Hosts set their own rates and rules but may not add charges outside the platform or discriminate against renters on any unlawful basis.

The renter must hold a valid licence, be the person driving, and use the vehicle lawfully and only as permitted in the listing. The renter returns the vehicle at the agreed time and place, in the condition received, with the same fuel level, and is responsible for fines, tolls and violations incurred during the trip.

Prohibited use includes sub-letting, racing or off-road use, transport of illegal goods, driving under the influence, and taking the vehicle outside Pakistan.

The renter authorises the trip total (daily rate, service fee, any delivery fee) and a refundable security-deposit hold. VVAHID collects payment, deducts the host fee, and remits the balance to the host after a confirmed return.

The deposit is released in full unless a deduction is agreed or determined under the refund policy. Fee rates are shown at checkout and on the pricing page.

Cancellations by either party are governed by the cancellation policy in force at the time of booking. VVAHID may cancel a booking where verification fails, where a vehicle is unsafe or misdescribed, or where these terms are breached.

VVAHID provides the platform “as is”. We are not a party to the rental contract and are not liable for the condition, safety or legality of any vehicle, or for the acts or omissions of any renter or host.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law. Subject to that, VVAHID’s total liability arising from a booking is limited to the service fee we received for it.

Report a problem through in-app support first. Unresolved matters can be escalated through the complaints process.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email before they take effect. The version that applies to a booking is the one published when the booking was confirmed.
