Cancellation policy

The refund of the rental payment depends on when you cancel:

• Free window — within 1 hour of booking and at least 24 hours before pickup: full refund, including the service fee.
• More than 48 hours before pickup: full refund of the daily-rate subtotal; the service fee is not refunded.
• 24 to 48 hours before pickup: 50% of the daily-rate subtotal is refunded.
• Less than 24 hours before pickup, or no-show: no refund of the first day; any remaining days are refunded in full.

The security deposit hold is always released in full on cancellation.

You receive a full refund of everything paid, including the service fee, and we will help you find a replacement vehicle where one is available. Hosts who cancel confirmed bookings repeatedly are removed from the platform.

Where we cancel for failed verification, a safety concern, a misdescribed vehicle, or a breach of the terms, the renter is refunded in full. Refunds tied to a breach by one party may be recovered from that party.

Shortening or shifting dates is often possible without a cancellation — open the booking and use Manage. Changes depend on the host’s calendar and may adjust the price.

To the original payment method, released immediately on approval. Bank or wallet processing time varies. Deposit handling is covered in the refund policy.
