How to remove your account and personal data from VVAHID, and what we are obliged to keep.

We confirm the request comes from the account holder before acting on it. If you email from a different address we may ask you to verify ownership so that no one can delete your account but you.
Your profile, contact details, saved preferences, verification images still held, uploaded photos, and message content are deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Your account can no longer be signed into.
Records we are required to keep — booking, payment and tax records, and information needed to resolve an open dispute, prevent fraud or meet a legal obligation — are retained for the period Pakistani law requires (generally up to 6 years) and then deleted. These are minimised and access-restricted. See the privacy policy.
Deletion is actioned within 30 days of a verified request. An active booking must be completed or cancelled first. You receive written confirmation once it is done.
