Content policy

Anything you submit to VVAHID: listing photos and descriptions, profile information, reviews, ratings and in-app messages. It complements the acceptable use policy and the community guidelines.

You keep ownership of content you post. You grant VVAHID a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and adapt it for operating and promoting the marketplace. You confirm you have the right to post it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

• Photos must be of the actual vehicle being listed, recent and unedited beyond basic cropping and exposure.
• Descriptions must be accurate about condition, features, rules and any known faults.
• No contact details, external links or off-platform pricing in the listing.
• No stock imagery presented as the real car.

Reviews must be first-hand and about the actual trip. No paid, traded or retaliatory reviews, and no using reviews to publish personal data, threats or discriminatory content. We may remove a review that breaks these rules or is left on a booking that did not take place.

• Illegal content, or content promoting illegal activity.
• Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory material.
• Sexual content, graphic violence, or shock content.
• Personal data of others shared without consent (doxxing).
• Spam, scams, malware, or attempts to move users off-platform.
• Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity or affiliation.

We review reported content and may remove it, limit its reach, or suspend the account behind it, proportionate to the breach. If your content is removed you will be told why and can appeal once through the complaints process. Unlawful content may be reported to the authorities.
