Google Play data disclosure

This page mirrors the Data safety section of the VVAHID listing on Google Play. It describes the data the Android app collects and why. It is a summary — the privacy policy is the full account.

• Personal info: name, email, phone, and government ID (CNIC, driving licence) for verification.
• Financial info: payment method and, for hosts, payout account details. Full card numbers are not collected by the app.
• Location: approximate location, only while using the app and only if you grant it.
• Photos: images you take for verification, listings and the trip handover.
• App activity & diagnostics: in-app actions and crash data to keep the app working.

App functionality, account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payments and payouts, customer support, and — with consent — analytics. Data is not used for third-party advertising.

Data is shared with the other party to a booking as needed for the trip, and with processors (identity verification, payments, hosting, NADRA Verisys) under contract. It is disclosed to authorities where the law requires. Data is not sold.

• Data is encrypted in transit.
• You can request account and data deletion from the app or by email.
• Verification images are deleted after a check passes and any dispute window closes.
