Acceptable use policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses VVAHID — renters, hosts and visitors. It forms part of the terms; breaking it can lead to content removal, suspension or a permanent ban, and to recovery of any loss caused.

You must not use a rented vehicle to:

• drive without a valid licence, or let anyone else drive it;
• drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
• race, rally, or drive off-road unless the listing allows it;
• carry passengers or goods for hire without the host’s consent;
• transport illegal, hazardous or stolen goods;
• sub-let the vehicle or take it outside Pakistan;
• tow, push-start another vehicle, or overload it.

• Give accurate information in your profile, listings and verification.
• Keep payments and communication on VVAHID until handover; do not push users off-platform to avoid fees or checks.
• No harassment, threats, discrimination or abusive messages toward other users or staff.
• No fake reviews, fake bookings, or manipulation of ratings and search.

Photos and text you upload must be yours to use and must not be misleading, offensive, or infringe anyone’s rights. We may remove content that breaks this policy and, where needed, report unlawful content to the authorities.

Do not probe, scrape, overload or interfere with the service, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or upload malicious code. Responsible security disclosures are welcome at security@vvahid.com.

Report a breach through in-app support or the complaints process. We review reports against the booking record and take action proportionate to the breach, up to permanent removal. Serious matters are referred to law enforcement.
