VVAHID operates an online marketplace connecting renters with hosts who list private vehicles. The rental contract is between renter and host; VVAHID provides the platform, identity verification, payment processing and support, and charges a service fee for this.
All prices are shown and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The amount payable — daily rate, service fee, any delivery fee — is itemised before confirmation. A separate refundable security-deposit hold is disclosed at the same point. See pricing.
The service is delivered at the vehicle handover on the booked start date, at the location agreed with the host in the app. There is no physical shipment.
Cancellation refunds follow the cancellation policy. Security-deposit release and any deductions follow the refund policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant gateway; wallet payments by the relevant licensed provider (for example JazzCash or Easypaisa). VVAHID does not store full card numbers. Accepted methods are listed on the payment methods page.
All transactions are subject to the terms & conditions and privacy policy, governed by the laws of Pakistan.
