Booking
A valid CNIC, a current Pakistani driving licence and a payment method. Verification is a one-time step and usually clears the same day.
The person driving must be the verified account holder on the booking. Additional drivers are not supported yet.
Up to 90 days ahead, subject to the host’s calendar.
Yes, from the booking screen, provided the car is not reserved afterwards. Extra days are charged at the same daily rate.
Money
The rate is set by the host. Your total adds a service fee and a refundable deposit, plus delivery only if you choose it. Every line is itemised before you confirm — see pricing.
In full, once the host confirms the car is back as agreed — usually within a day of return. Details in the refund policy.
It depends how far ahead you cancel. The tiers are in the cancellation policy.
The daily-rate subtotal minus the host fee is scheduled to the host’s verified account after a confirmed return.
Trust & safety
Both clear CNIC and driving-licence checks; hosts also verify a payout account in their own name. You can see verification status before you commit.
A support agent reviews it against the handover photos and messages, and explains the outcome in writing. More on safety.
Do not start the trip. Flag it in the handover step, message the host and contact support. You can cancel without penalty if the vehicle materially differs from the listing.
Account & coverage
From Settings, or email support. We remove personal data on the schedule set out in the privacy policy, keeping only what law requires.
