This policy covers personal data VVAHID processes as a controller when you use our website, apps and support. It sits alongside the cookie policy and the terms.
Account data is kept while your account is open and for up to 24 months after closure. Booking, payment and tax records are kept for the period required by Pakistani law (generally up to 6 years). Verification images are deleted sooner once a check has passed and any dispute window has closed.
You can access or correct your data in the app, withdraw marketing consent, and request deletion of your account. To exercise these, email privacy@vvahid.com. We may need to keep limited records where the law requires it.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to staff who need it, and verification images are held with additional controls. Where data is processed outside Pakistan by a provider, we put contractual safeguards in place.
