What the app asks for, and why.

Two permissions are needed for the core flow. The rest are optional and can be granted, denied or changed later in your device settings.

Permission by permission.

Camera: Required. Photographing your CNIC and licence for verification, and capturing the handover photos at collection and return.
Photos / media: Optional. Choosing an existing image instead of taking a new one — for a profile picture or a host listing.
Location: Optional, while using the app. Showing cars near you and helping set a handover point. You can enter a location manually instead.
Notifications: Optional. Booking requests, confirmations, messages and trip reminders. You can turn categories off individually.
Internet / network state: Required. The app is online — it needs a connection to load listings and complete bookings.
Biometric unlock: Optional. Using your device Face ID or fingerprint to protect access to the app.

We request a permission at the moment it is first needed, not on first launch, and the app keeps working with the optional ones switched off. How the resulting data is handled — including camera images used for verification — is covered in the privacy policy. Platform disclosures: Google Play and Apple App Store.
