Verisys is the National Database and Registration Authority’s identity-verification service. It confirms that a CNIC number and the details on it correspond to a genuine record — rather than relying on a photograph of a card alone.
During verification, the CNIC details you submit are checked through an authorised Verisys integration. A match is required to complete identity verification for both renters and hosts.
You authorise this check when you start verification. If you do not want your identity confirmed through Verisys, you cannot be verified, and so cannot book or list.
The match result and the fields used to confirm it are retained with your KYC record under restricted access. Handling and retention follow the privacy policy and KYC page.
