Payments
Pay from your wallet balance or linked account. The deposit is held, not spent, and refunds come straight back to the same wallet.
At checkout
On the payment step, select JazzCash and enter the mobile number registered to your wallet.
Approve the transaction in your JazzCash app or with the MPIN prompt. VVAHID charges the trip total and places a separate hold for the refundable security deposit.
Once JazzCash confirms the payment, the booking is confirmed and you can arrange the handover with the host.

One is the trip total; the other is the refundable security-deposit hold. The hold is released after a clean return — see the refund policy.
A failed authorisation is reversed by JazzCash automatically, usually within a few hours. If it has not cleared in 48 hours, contact support with the transaction ID.
To the same JazzCash wallet used for the booking. VVAHID releases the refund immediately on approval; JazzCash processing time then applies.
