How it works
Bank transfer is offered for longer bookings and higher-value vehicles. Select it and you receive VVAHID's account details and a unique payment reference.
Transfer the trip total from an account in your own name, quoting the reference exactly so we can match it to your booking.
The booking is confirmed once the funds clear — usually the same day for IBFT, longer for cross-bank transfers. Book with enough lead time before pickup.
Because a transfer cannot place a card-style hold, the security deposit for bank-transfer bookings is arranged with the host at handover and returned on a clean return.
Questions
Not every one. It is enabled case by case — mainly longer trips. For short-notice bookings, a card or wallet is faster and confirms instantly.
Matching depends on your bank clearing the funds and the reference being correct. If it has been more than one business day, send the transfer receipt to support.
By transfer back to the originating account, following the cancellation and refund policies.
